The museum offers summer day camps such as Forensic Fun.
The KU Natural History Museum offers several education programs and activities to fit your needs, including programs for:
- teachers searching for a K-12 program
- adults seeking hands-on workshops or science talks
- KU students and faculty members looking for experiences that enhance the classroom
- families searching for ways to discover science together
For large groups, it may be appropriate to combine several programs (such as a scavenger hunt, a gallery activity and a hands-on school workshop). Our public education staff will discuss options with you; contact public education at 785.864.4173.
If your group plans to visit the exhibit galleries, but doesn’t want a program, contact Visitor Services at 785.864.4450 to schedule your visit.
