Summer Camps

2013 Camps - All Camps are Full

There will be construction in and around the KU campus this summer. The road in front of the KU Natural History Museum will be open and camp participants should read confirmation letters to see where to park and where the drop-off location is.

Please look at the KU Admissions website for a map detailing construction and road closures. If you have further questions about the construction, contact the Office of Design and Construction Management at 785-864-3875 or pgraves@ku.edu.

Follow the trail in a high-tech scavenger hunt, get muddy while learning about wetland creatures, dig for fossils, launch a rocket, or solve a mystery at the museum in our one-day Summer Science Camps. Participants explore nature and science through demonstrations, hands-on activities, and experiments in the museum and out in the field. Our intensive and content-rich camps are designed to be engaging and provide high quality science experiences

Registration closes 5pm on Friday, May 31st. To register for a camp, download this form or call 785.864.4173. Scholarship assistance is available. Members of the Friends of the Museum at the household level and above, and their immediate family members, receive a 10 percent discount on summer camps.
